	FERRY PLAS MEC HIGH-INTENSITY MIXERS
	Ferry Industries now markets Ferry Plas Mec High-Intensity Mixers for rotational molders.		This well-known line works very well for rotational molders to blend various materials to the specifications required. Special attention has been given to the bowl and lid interior surface finish, as well as, quick loading and fast and complete discharge of material. Some models provide cycle control based on time and/or temperature to assure fast and thorough blending without incurring material melt point. The range of model sizes and configurations available include designs for dry and liquid materials. Integral safety systems are designed to promote proper operator use. Turnkey systems requiring filling and dispensing units are available also to further automate your production.
			TRA - FOR ROTATIONAL MOLDERS The TRA series is designed to produce fully-developed color blends and has become a standard for the industry. The dual controls include a timer and a temperature controller that allow for mix-cycle control based on time or temperature. Rotational molders use the TRA series mixer to: Reduce mixing time Improve mechanical properties of the molded parts Optimize raw materials use (color) There are four models ranging in maximum bowl capacity from 200 liters up to 1200 liters to handle batch sizes from 110 to 1120 lbs.
			TRM TRM high-intensity mixers are best suited for use in high volume production applications. They are mainly used to produce PVC dry blend, either rigid or plasticized from polymers in suspension, emulsion or mass. These mixers are also used for densification or heat agglomeration of other thermoplastic resins such as ABS, PE and PP and for drying, hot or cold distribution of pigments and moistening. The TRM mixers are produced in eleven different sizes from 200 liter to 2000 liter bowl capacity and have many optional features for specific needs.
			TRL - LABORATORY MIXERS Designed for laboratory use the TRL single bowl series is also ideal for smaller production batches. The variable frequency controlled drive allows for fully-adjustable tool speed to achieve optimum dispersion and cycle time. A tilt mechanism provides for quick discharge and easy cleaning. The TRL series has three models with maximum bowl capacities of 10, 20 and 50 liters for running batches of from 5 to 45 lbs.
