We have four Ferry rotational molding machines in our facility — two large machines and two smaller machines. Parts, service, and tech support are also things we use Ferry for. Overall, we’ve had a great experience with them. Regina Stoll is one of my main contacts there that I deal with for parts availability and pricing. She’s very good — very responsive. She gets back to be very quickly.
They put rush orders in for us when we’re in desperate need. They’ve been really helpful and responsive in getting back to me with solutions when troubleshooting machine issues so we can get them back up and running. When we’re in need of their services, we’re in desperate need because we either have a machine down or parts that aren’t available locally. They’re able to come through for us.
Their availability and quick response are great strengths. I’ve never had to sit around and wait for them. I’ve had a good experience with their tech support. They also have a quality product. Their machines are very durable. Their overall customer service in a time of need is very, very good. Regina is very good to work with, and she helps us out a lot.
